Heather Majeau CPHR CCPManagement Consultant
Heather’s passion is to guide and support people to realize their full career potential. With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of recruiting, human resources and leadership development, Heather’s career has spanned senior leadership roles in mid-sized Canadian to large global companies. Having led teams locally and nationally, she’s experienced in the retail, manufacturing, heavy equipment, oil and gas, as well as office supply industries.
Heather has a proven track-record of managing change, exceeding business needs, team development and being a focused team player. In her most recent role as a Career Management Partner with Pathfind, Heather specialized in outplacement, recruitment and coaching services. She worked with organizations to identify talent to meet business needs, assisting with out of business coaching and assisting individuals in conducting a successful job search as they transition to new employment. Heather is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP), and holds a Certificate in Adult & Continuing Education. She’s a member in good standing with CPHR Alberta. She’s certified as a Career Transition Coach, a New Horizons Retirement Coach and a Manager as Coach Learning Series®. Heather is also certified in Leadership Architect™, Harrison Assessments and the TKI-Conflict Mode Instrument. She’s a certified consultant in Personalized Management Coaching (PMC®). With a deeply rooted commitment to the success of others, Heather can support you and your business needs as they grow and change. Shannon Maher SHRM-SCPHR Consultant
With a background in education and teaching, Shannon’s passion for business and people development drew her to a career in Human Resources. After working a few years as a school teacher and moving to Vancouver Island, Shannon began working for a large telecommunications organization and moved into a leadership, training & development position where she led multiple training teams across British Columbia. Adopting these transferable skills, she moved into an HR generalist role supporting both unionized and non-unionized client groups. Shannon returned to Edmonton and worked as a Human Resources practitioner supporting Operations in Telecommunications, Retail and Canadian & US Oil & Gas environments.
In addition to obtaining her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education, Shannon is certified as a SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional), a globally recognized HR certification. Shannon particularly enjoys coaching and working with leaders to drive business growth and her mantra is, “Inspire Others to See What Can Be”. Shannon is recognized for her analytical, yet practical and approachable good humoured work style. When off duty, Shannon can be found ripping her bike down a mountain or spending time with family. |

Cyrus holds an honours degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Human Resources Management and a three-year business diploma. Life after hours, Cyrus is an avid listener of audio books about rental property investment and lifestyle change. His goal is to own five to six rental properties in three to five years. Trevor joins the River City team with a background in recruiting mixed with marketing. Starting his career in sales and marketing within the information technology sector, Trevor learned how to work in a variety of office environments including start-ups and within larger organizations. With his understanding of internet marketing and hands on sales, he quickly grew his career in recruitment as an entrepreneur, building a recruiting agency in brand awareness and personal reach. His unique perspective has helped clients with specific roles in recruitment and overall Employer Branding strategies.

We’re in a city with a severe talent shortage, and I wasn’t getting qualified candidates applying for our position.
